About Us:
Fjord Coffee Roasters is a quality-driven specialty coffee roastery based in Berlin, and we’re on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Wholesale Account Manager. This role plays a key part in maintaining and growing our relationships with wholesale clients, supporting them, and representing Fjord during sales opportunities. As a small but passionate team, we value creativity and initiative, so your day will always be varied and rewarding.

The Role:
We’re looking for a driven Wholesale Account Manager to help us build and maintain strong relationships with our wholesale clients. You’ll be their go-to person, making sure they get the best experience possible with our coffee. You’ll also play a key role in finding new business opportunities to expand our reach. Every day will bring something new, whether it’s meeting with clients, brainstorming growth ideas, or coordinating with our team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Be the main point of contact for our wholesale clients, providing top-notch support and service.
  • Organise training and cupping session with our clients to help them improve the quality of their coffee.  
  • Get out there and find new business opportunities to grow our brand.
  • Work closely with the sales, operations, and roasting teams to make sure things run smoothly.
  • Contribute creative ideas for client engagement and business development.
  • Handle some day-to-day admin tasks like client orders, invoicing, and keeping track of everything in our systems.

Who You Are:
We’re looking for someone who’s easy going but knows how to get things done. You’re organized, great with people, and passionate about coffee. Here’s what we’re after:

  • Coffee Pro: You’ve spent at least 2 years in the specialty coffee world and 12 months in a role where you’ve handled some serious responsibility.
  • Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable with tools like Photoshop, InDesign, Dropbox as well as Hubspot, Zapier and can pick up new software quickly.
  • Organized & Efficient: You’re great at juggling multiple tasks and keeping everything on track.
  • Great Communicator: You know how to talk the talk—whether it’s in person, over email, or on the phone. English is a must with at least basic German skills.
  • Work Eligibility: You’re legally able to work in Germany and have all the necessary documents (Visa, Anmeldung, etc.).
