Wholesale Partnerships
We partner with numerous specialty coffee shops, hospitality businesses and offices across Europe, and are passionate about welcoming new partners to our network.
We consider the coffee shop-roaster relationship to be more than a simple transaction — instead, we work closely with our partners to optimise their coffee offering. Our measure of partnership success is when your customers have a fantastic experience drinking Fjord Coffee.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
We offer wholesale pricing for orders from €120 and free shipping for orders from €250.
If you wish to order less than €120 of goods, please email wholesale@fjord-coffee.com
ROAST DAYS & DISPATCH
We roast coffee on Monday, Tuesday & Thursday, the cut off being 15:00 to be included in that following day's roast schedule.
Any and all orders received after the cut off time will be included in the next available roast schedule.
WHERE DO I ORDER?
Orders are through our distribution partner business through our wholesale portal
DELIVERY
We dispatch all orders on Wednesday & Friday via DHL or UPS. Automated invoices follow the dispatch of your order and contain the tracking informations.
Local Berlin customers that choose 'Local delivery' and order before the cutoff time will receive their order via our courier on Wednesdays &/or Fridays, depending on your delivery Zone. If your order if placed after the cutoff time and you choose Local delivery we will assume that you want your order the following Week.
PAYMENT
When placing your order you can pay by credit card or PayPal. Wholesale clients may also pay by invoice, with payment collected by GoCardless SEPA direct debit. To set up invoice payment, contact us at wholesale@fjord-coffee.com.
