Mi Mina is among more than 200 manufacturing partners of the Aruco cooperative, which was established in 2006 by 14 farmers from Corquin. In 2013, Aruco began a micro-lot programaiming to produce high-scoring specialty coffees.
This coffee comes from a Mi Mina farm owned by Wilman Estévez Martinez. The plantations are located in Corquín, Copan, in the far West of Honduras at the altitude of 1220 m.a.s.l.
This natural processed catuai was selected for its strong tropical fruit taste and notes of blueberry, which are accompanied by rich nutty flavours of cocoa and cashew.
