HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
All prices shown are excluding shipping. The shipping cost is depending on how many bags you order, their total weight and the shipping method you have chosen. The price of your shipment is calculated and added to your total during checkout. We currently use DHL for packages delivered within Germany which comes with a tracking link that is automatically emailed to you once we have fulfilled the order. International customers (sales outside of European Union) can either choose UPS Express with tracking or DHL with tracking. EU customers can only choose DHL with tracking. When we ship with DHL we send DDP, which means customs declaration, duties & taxes are included in the freight price.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY COFFEE?
Shipping with DHL varies depending on where you are. Within Germany shipping times are normally 2 – 5 working days. If you have chosen DHL or UPS Express you will receive an email with your tracking number.
UPS Express
Germany: 1 – 2 days
United States: 5 – 10 days
Rest of world: 3 – 10 days
EU-countries: 2 - 5 days
With UPS Express, tracking is provided.
DHL
Germany: 2 - 5 days
Europe: 2 – 5 days
With DHL, tracking is provided.
Please note that because of varying degrees of lock downs due to the Covid-19 situation, deliveries outside of Germany with postal service may take anywhere from 1-6 weeks. DHL is not affected by this delay in a significant way.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we are pleased to offer international shipping.
Note: There are some countries we are only able to send to with UPS at the moment as DHL is not able to deliver to all EU countries due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
You can change your shipping address by logging in to My Account – 'Need help accessing your subscriptions? Click here' button and follow the guided steps.
Note: In order for the changes to be reflected in your next shipment the changes must be made before your next subscription renewal date. For example, if you signed up May 24th you have to make the changes before the 24th of the month. Changes made after this will automatically be applied to the next order. You can check your renewal date under “My Account”.
