Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

1.1. The promoter is LMT Hospitality GmbH (referred to in these Terms and Conditions as the “Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

2.1. The giveaway is open only to natural persons who:

a) are aged 18 years or over;

b) are German customers who are ordinarily resident in Germany; and

c) have a valid German shipping address.

2.2. To be eligible to be entered into the draw, participants must hold an active Fjord coffee subscription (a “Fjord Subscription”) with a German shipping address at 23:59 CET on 1 December 2025 (the “Eligibility Cut-Off”).

2.3. A “Fjord Subscription” for the purposes of this giveaway means a paid, recurring subscription for Fjord coffee products with scheduled deliveries, created via the Promoter’s designated subscription platform/website, which is not cancelled, paused, or in arrears at the Eligibility Cut-Off.

2.4. Employees, directors, and officers of the Promoter, its related companies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. “Immediate family members” means spouses, de facto partners, parents, children, and siblings (including step and adopted relationships).

2.5. Trade, wholesale-only accounts and business accounts that are not personal consumer subscriptions are excluded unless expressly stated otherwise by the Promoter in writing.

2.6. Participation is limited to individuals. Entries made via agents, organised groups or third parties will not be accepted.

3. Promotional Period

3.1. The promotional period for the giveaway ends at 23:59 CET on 1 December 2025.

3.2. All Fjord Subscriptions that meet the eligibility criteria at the Eligibility Cut-Off will be automatically entered into the draw. No separate entry form is required.

4. How to Enter

4.1. Customers do not need to submit a separate entry.

4.2. Each eligible individual customer who:

a) meets the criteria in clause 2; and

b) holds an active Fjord Subscription with a German shipping address at 23:59 CET on 1 December 2025will receive one (1) entry into the giveaway.

4.3. Multiple subscriptions held by the same individual (under the same name and email address) do not result in multiple entries unless the Promoter expressly communicates otherwise.

4.4. By remaining subscribed and eligible at the Eligibility Cut-Off, participants are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

5. Prize

5.1. There is one (1) prize to be won.

5.2. The prize consists of:

• One (1) Sage Luxe Brewer (the “Prize”).

5.3. The specific model, colour, and configuration of the Sage Luxe Brewer will be determined by the Promoter, subject to availability.

5.4. The approximate retail value (ARV) of the Prize is €299.95. The ARV is a good-faith estimate only and may vary depending on market conditions.

5.5. The Prize:

a) is not transferable or exchangeable;

b) cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit; and

c) may not be substituted by the winner.

5.6. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or any part of it) with a prize of equal or greater value if the original Prize is unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.

6. Winner Selection

6.1. The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries.

6.2. The draw will take place within a reasonable time after the Eligibility Cut-Off, and no later than 5 December 2025, at the Promoter’s office or another location chosen by the Promoter.

6.3. The draw will be conducted using a randomised selection method (e.g. certified random number generator or comparable process).

6.4. The Promoter’s decision regarding all aspects of the winner selection process is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. Winner Notification and Claiming the Prize

7.1. The winner will be notified by email, using the email address associated with their Fjord Subscription (the “Notification Email”).

7.2. The winner must respond to the Notification Email within three (3) calendar days of the Notification Email being sent, confirming:

a) their full name;

b) their German shipping address; and

c) any other reasonable details required by the Promoter to arrange delivery and verify eligibility.

7.3. If the winner does not respond within three (3) calendar days of the Notification Email being sent, or:

a) the Notification Email bounces or is undeliverable;

b) the winner is found to be ineligible; or

c) the winner declines or fails to properly claim the Prize,

then the Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner by conducting a further random draw from the remaining eligible entries.

7.4. Any alternate winner will be notified and must claim the Prize in accordance with this clause 7. The same three-day response requirement applies.

8. Delivery of the Prize

8.1. The Prize will be delivered to the winner’s confirmed German shipping address.

8.2. Reasonable delivery costs within Germany will be paid by the Promoter.

8.3. The Promoter is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the winner, courier delays, or events beyond its reasonable control.

8.4. Risk in the Prize passes to the winner upon delivery.

9. Verification and Disqualification

9.1. The Promoter reserves the right to:

a) request proof of age, identity, residency, and eligibility; and

b) verify that the winner held an active, eligible Fjord Subscription at the Eligibility Cut-Off.

9.2. The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, disqualify any entrant or winner who:

a) tampers with the entry process;

b) provides false or misleading information;

c) breaches these Terms and Conditions; or

d) engages in conduct which, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, is fraudulent, misleading, or damaging to the reputation of the Promoter or the giveaway.

9.3. If a participant is disqualified after being drawn as a winner, the Prize will be forfeited and the Promoter may select an alternate winner as described in clause 7.

10. Data Protection and Privacy

10.1. Personal data provided or collected in connection with this giveaway will be processed by the Promoter in accordance with:

a) applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR); and

b) the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

10.2. The Promoter will use participants’ personal data for the purposes of:

a) administering and operating the giveaway;

b) contacting winners;

c) arranging delivery of the Prize; and

d) complying with legal and regulatory obligations.

10.3. The legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the Promoter’s legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in running the giveaway and fulfilling promotional obligations.

10.4. Participants have rights in relation to their personal data, including the right of access, rectification, restriction, and, in some cases, erasure and objection. Participants can exercise these rights by contacting the Promoter using the details in clause 1.2.

10.5. Personal data will be retained only for as long as is reasonably necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law.

11. Liability

11.1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any liability which cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

11.2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter, its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for:

a) any loss, damage, or injury of any kind (whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) arising out of or in connection with the giveaway or the Prize;

b) any technical issues, system failures, or disruptions affecting subscriptions, emails, websites, or the draw process;

c) any incorrect or incomplete information caused by participants or by any equipment or programming associated with or used in the giveaway.

11.3. If the giveaway cannot be conducted as planned due to events beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter (including, but not limited to, pandemics, strikes, natural disasters, system failures, or legal restrictions), the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway, subject to any mandatory legal requirements.

12. Publicity

12.1. The winner may be asked, but is not obliged, to take part in reasonable publicity activities connected with the giveaway (for example, social media announcements).

12.2. With the winner’s explicit consent (where required by law), the Promoter may use the winner’s first name and city of residence in promotional materials, including on social media and the Promoter’s website.

13. Third-Party Disclaimer

13.1. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any other third-party platform on which it may be promoted.

13.2. “Sage” and “Sage Luxe Brewer” are trademarks of their respective owners. All trademarks are used for identification purposes only.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

14.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

14.2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the giveaway or these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections granting jurisdiction in the participant’s place of residence.

15. Acceptance of Terms

15.1. By holding an active Fjord Subscription with a German shipping address at the Eligibility Cut-Off and thereby being entered into the giveaway, participants are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions in full.
