Colombia - Huila Espresso

This coffee is called the Huila Citric, and we have it made for us each year. It is, in essence, a regional blend that has a citrus & chocolate profile that we want to work with consistently. 

Productor Colombia buys from multiple farmers throughout Huila, and we have specific coffees blended together to create the flavour profile that we like - a sweet, complex and softly citric one.
