This is our second year buying Roberto’s natural process Pacamara, and our fouth year buying coffee form him. Year after year, we are amazed with both the consistency of processing and the obvious focus on ‘clean and intense’ flavours that his coffee possesses.
The Pacamara natural is packed full of flavour and aromatics – Floral, fruity, berry-like and a big thick chocolatey mouthfeel. It covers the majority of positives that a coffee can possess.
Roberto’s farm is located on the Santa Ana Volcano in El Salvador’s North West. His deep thirst for understanding his farm’s eco-system and interconnectedness has led to such a high quality level of coffee cherry that we feel confident in purchasing coffee year after year.
